2023年5月17日、当協会主催の「第55回世界情報社会・電気通信日のつどい」が京王プラザホテル（新宿区西新宿）にて開催されました。新型コロナウイルス感染症の位置づけが5月8日から5類感染症になったため、式典の規模は昨年より多少拡大し、4年ぶりに祝賀会も行われました。

With the COVID-19 downgraded to common infectious disease as of May 8, the “55th Celebration of World Telecommunication and Information Society Day” was held in a somewhat larger scale than last year, at Keio Plaza Hotel on May 17, 2023, followed by a celebratory reception.
